SHIPPING POLICY

"Processing" - something we are in control of.
"Shipping" - something mail delivery services and carriers are in control of.

Pre-orders for ALL our LOCAL KINE TINGZ PRODUCTS are expected to ship in approx. DECEMBER 1, 2023. Pre-order products are defined as products that are not currently in stock. By purchasing products through a pre-sale, you are securing the product to be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. Product re-stock time will vary based on factors such as:

    1. Delivery times for materials to produce the products
    2. Products being hand-made

    Any orders containing a pre-sale item will not be shipped until the pre-sale item becomes available to ship. Guarantees of product re-stock dates cannot be confirmed but every effort will be made by the shop to have products ready for shipping as soon as possible. Local Kine Tingz reserves the right to change the pre-sale shipping dates at any time if required based on the above factors. If you have purchased a presale item(s), you have acknowledged and accepted these conditions provided regarding presale item(s). Presale orders will not be cancelled if the customer fails to acknowledge the delayed shipment for presale items.

    We ship to the Hawaiian Neighbor Islands, Continental U.S., and Internationally.

    DOMESTIC ORDERS

    Standard shipping can take anywhere from 7–12 business days. If you do not receive your package after 12 days, please contact us at aloha@localkinetingz.com.

    Once you place an order, processing can take up to 3-10 business days (and up to 14 business days during the holidays starting 9/1). We will work to process your order as quickly as possible and usually can get it out sooner.

    Once an item has left our possession and is with the mail carrier the only information we have is the provided tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for loss, delay, theft or damages once an item has left our possession and is with the nominated mail carrier. We understand the frustration and annoyance that comes with missing packages and can provide your tracking number in case you are unable to locate the tracking number provided.     Shipments can be delayed up to 15-25 days due to COVID-19 delays.

    All domestic orders are sent via USPS or UPS Ground. While we cannot guarantee a delivery date, shipping in Hawaii usually takes about 1-3 business days, 3-5 Business days within the US & 2-4 weeks for international & APO addresses.  

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    International orders ship via USPS, with shipping costs varying by class, country and order weight. This amount is calculated at checkout. International orders typically take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Due to the USPS international tracking system for first class mail, we cannot track the exact progress of your order. We can see when it left the local post office and when it is delivered to you. International sales are final. 

    We are not responsible for any duty, import, or customs charges that you may incur. International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Local Kine Tingz nor are they set by Local Kine Tingz, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

    INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

    If a package is returned to Local Kine Tingz / Sagitaurus Co. LLC with an "insufficient address, unable to forward, or return to sender" the customer is responsible to update their address and cover the cost of shipping and handling to be determined at that time based on shipping costs. Please email aloha@thesagitaurusollective.com should you have a package meeting this criteria. 

    TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

    Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for it to populate before calling in to inquire.

    OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

    No item in our shop is guaranteed to be back in stock.

    RETURNS

    Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. All products must be unused, in the same condition that it was received it, and in its original packaging.

    Any store credits cannot be returned or exchanged for its dollar value. All bath and body products are ineligible for a return or refund if used or opened.

    SHIPPING FEES

    If you must make a return or need more information on shipping fees for returns or exchanges, please contact us here. Local Kine Tingz will pay for all shipping costs acquired by returns or exchanges. Please keep in mind that the delivery time of your items will vary depending on the order’s destination.

    If you are shipping a return or exchange over $75, we advise using a carrier with trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Local Kine Tingz cannot guarantee that it will receive any returned items and are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to our exchange facility.
